Hearts for Hospice

We are making our tree on 29 Hall Street more beautiful and meaningful.

We have lots of  knitted hearts which have been donated, to hang up in memory of our loved ones.

You can donate to choose a heart to hang on our tree with your loved ones name attached.

Please let us know if you would like a heart.
